Job Overview: As a Floor Supervisor, your role involves overseeing a busy housekeeping department. You will work alongside a team to ensure cleanliness throughout guest and hotel premises while maintaining high standards of guest satisfaction and efficiency in collaboration with the Head Housekeeper. Job Description Key Responsibilities Working in fast paced high energy environment and checking the quality of rooms. Organising staff rotas. Working closely with the supervisory team to support the Head Housekeeper. Supporting the Housekeeping team with ongoing training and development. Maintaining the standards set by HotelCare and our client at all times. Meeting daily targets. Comply with all company health and safety policies and record any maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries. Person specification Experience Prior supervisory experience in hospitality, specifically in housekeeping or related areas. Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations and team coordination skills.
