About the Role: As an MET Technician, you will play a key role in diagnosing, repairing, and replacing mechanical, electrical, and trim components on a wide range of vehicles, including electric and hybrid models. Your expertise will help ensure high-quality repairs, enabling our customers to get back on the road quickly and safely. Key Responsibilities: Perform mechanical, electrical, and trim repairs, including ADAS calibration and wheel alignment. Dismantle vehicles in preparation for panel work. Conduct thorough inspections, fault-finding, and diagnostics. Manage replacement part orders and inventories. Reassemble vehicles with new components to restore them to pre-accident condition. Ensure all repairs meet the highest quality and safety standards. Communicate effectively with the team on repair progress and timelines. About You: You’re a skilled MET Technician with significant experience in accident repair, able to work to high standards under pressure while maintaining a strong commitment to delivering outstanding results. Qualifications and Skills: Proven experience as an MET Technician, including expertise in electric and hybrid vehicle repair. Skilled in ADAS calibration, wheel alignment, mechanical repairs, and diagnostic tools. Ability to manage workloads efficiently and meet deadlines. Strong attention to detail and commitment to adhering to manufacturer specifications. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
