Grantham - starting salary £26k + onsite parking + 25 days holiday, excluding public holidays
Monday – Friday with an early (1pm) finish on Fridays.
Our client, an industry leading and well respected engineering business, is recruiting for an Office Administrator for their Grantham site.
This 100+ year old business is poised for an exciting future having recently merged with another company.

The Office Administrator vacancy is a multi-faceted role and will therefore suit someone with a broad skillset and the confidence to work with colleagues and customers at a large and fast-paced manufacturing facility.
What you’ll be doing:
1. Updates status of repair jobs in online system
2. Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
3. Write and distribute email correspondence notes
4. Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
5. Assist in calculating repair cost estimates
6. Raise part purchase requests & coordinate for ordering of parts and follow-up
7. Submit and reconcile expense reports
8. Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
What we’re looking for:
1. Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant
2. Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
3. Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers, scanners, and fax machines
4. Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
