Job Title: IT / Network Contract Coordinator (IOT Manager)

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement the IoT strategy aligned with organizational goals.
* Lead the design and deployment of IoT solutions.
* Customer facing: regular client meetings with progress updates, new projects and break-fix works.
* Manage devices across all EMEA and ensure they are connected to the network.
* Update security and network vulnerabilities.
* Configure new devices.
* IP configuration inclusive of passwords, IP address, SNMP, web protocol, etc.
* Amend threshold ranges to agreed SLA's.
* Update licensing.
* Correct faults on current devices.
* Perform firmware upgrades.
* Create new SOPs and keep current ones up to date.
* Raise and deal with SDSK requests.
* Server reboots.
* Isolate devices.
* Troubleshoot connectivity issues (PDUs, ATS, BMS, UPS).
* Manage switch upgrades.
* Conduct full site re-IP's.
* Update appropriate SDSKs.
* Perform pre/post checks of all facility devices.
* Keep the EMEA FAC devices master sheet up to date.
* Maintain the QVS Master sheet.
* Update all relevant spreadsheets with new or replaced devices.
* Act as the first point of contact to CTEC, Networks, Infrastructure, and E.ON for all facility device requests, installs, and upgrades.
* Liaise with E.On to ensure all information is up to date and added to the BMS.
* Utilize network programs such as Niknac, Putty, Telnet, CMD, Phosphorus.
* Manage end-to-end IoT project lifecycles from conception to implementation.
* Conduct analyses of IoT data to improve business processes.
* Identify and mitigate risks related to IoT initiatives.
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging IoT technologies.
* Report on project progress and operational insights to executive leadership.
Required Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in IoT project management or related fields.
* Good knowledge of network equipment inclusive of PDUs, switches, and BMS equipment.
* Basic working knowledge of M&E equipment.
* Basic functional knowledge of CMD, run a ping, IP configuration, continuous ping, etc.
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.
* Good at working in a team and independently.
* Excellent customer service skills.
