Rate of Pay: £279.29 - £367.58 per Day
Summary:
The Liquid Logic Technical Support/Trainer will be responsible for providing high-quality technical support and end-user training for the Liquid Logic case management systems used within Children's Social Care (CSC). The role ensures staff are proficient in system usage, support queries are resolved in a timely manner, and technical configurations support business processes efficiently. The postholder will contribute to ongoing projects and change initiatives, enhancing digital capabilities across social care services.
Responsibilities:
* Provide 1st and 2nd line support for Liquid Logic systems within CSC, troubleshooting issues and escalating where necessary.
* Maintain and update system configurations, workflows, and templates in accordance with service requirements.
* Support the delivery of one-off events and change initiatives involving system upgrades, module rollouts, and data migrations.
* Work collaboratively with IT and project teams to test new functionality, ensuring fit-for-purpose outcomes.
* Act as a liaison between CSC users and technical teams to ensure effective communication of system updates and support issues.
Knowledge & Experience:
* Proven experience supporting and/or training users on Liquid Logic (LAS, LCS, or EHM).
* Strong IT literacy, particularly in managing user support for web-based systems.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Experience developing and delivering system training and documentation.
* Knowledge of safeguarding and information governance in the context of CSC.
