About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and highly detail-oriented Conveyancing Coordinator to join our established and reputable client. This is a remote, home-based role with the requirement to travel to various sites across the Southern Region as needed. In this role, you will work independently to manage a busy and varied workload, reviewing and drafting legal documents with accuracy and ensuring compliance with property law and conveyancing standards.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Review, draft, and process a range of legal documents with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring compliance with property law and best practices.
2. Coordinate and manage all stages of the conveyancing process, maintaining exceptional accuracy in documentation and timelines.
3. Establish and maintain effective communication with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders, building strong, professional relationships.
4. Regularly liaise with clients and site contacts, requiring periodic travel across the Southern Region.
Requirements:
1. Experience: Demonstrable experience in a property law and conveyancing environment, with a thorough understanding of the legal processes involved.
2. Attention to Detail: Exceptional accuracy in reviewing and drafting legal documents.
3. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport and maintain positive relationships.
4. Self-Motivated: Proven ability to manage a diverse and dynamic workload independently.
5. Mobility: Full, clean driving license and access to your own vehicle is essential for travel requirements.
