To provide hands on, first line IT Support to the Business and liaise with third party managed IT Support Providers where necessary
· Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 premium office suite
· Knowledge of Active Directory Users & Groups
· Basic network comprehension of TCP/IP & DNS
· Microsoft Dynamics Business Central & Mobile Nav
Main Tasks
Ability to troubleshoot hardware issues (desktops, laptops, printers & mobiles)
Provide support to IT Hardware within the business, working alongside our IT and
Operations Project Managers.
Liaising with and escalating issues to third party software vendors and support partners to provide successful and timely resolutions.
Performing setup, deployment & IT equipment provision to Staff.
Occasional hardware maintenance of PCs and printers.
IT procurement & maintaining IT asset records.
To assist and support the Project Managers with the delivery of new systems and technological enhancements.
