As a key member of our Tenders team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and success. This position can be based from any of our BSS branches across the UK. What will you be doing? Our success is built on strong relationships with our customers and delivering on our project orders so it’s essential that you can influence branch teams whilst being the face of BSS Industrial to our customers offering a professional, friendly, and enthusiastic service. With your knowledge of the products of BSS and services we offer, you will be a pivotal contact for our customers, nurturing great relationships, understanding their needs in order to offer expert advice and recommending alternatives or add ons to maximise the sale of goods. Keeping track of the promises we have made to our customers is key to offering the best service, so you’ll need to review outstanding orders and work with the business to resolve any issues that arise, always displaying the highest levels of integrity and communication. You will also track projects and manage project/tender quotations, working closely with the external sales team to ensure we engage at the right time, put our best foot forward and are placed to win. What experience do you need? Previous experience within Internal Sales role would be advantageous, but not essential. We just need transferable skills such as, great customer service, organisation and influencing skills alongside sales experience. Does this sound like you?
