A developmental opportunity has arisen for an Executive Personal Assistant to the Strategic Director of Inclusive Growth and the Director of Strategy. The current postholder has been successful in securing an internal secondment opportunity, covering maternity leave. We are therefore looking to cover the post (9-12 months).
Supporting the Senior Leadership Team is important, the individual will provide an efficient and effective Executive PA function at director and strategic director level. This will include supporting an extensive range of meetings and complex diary/inbox management.
About you
It is vital that you have a flexible and proactive attitude and are able to manage your own workload alongside competing priorities. You will have excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with partners, stakeholders, and residents. Working as part of a team, supporting the team when required and sharing good practice is also essential to ensure continuous improvement in standards and service.
