The Operations Manager has direct line management responsibilities for the Operations and Delivery team across numerous offices. This role plays a crucial role in ensuring the team and contract operates smoothly and effectively. You will need to demonstrate; Previous Managerial experience in Welfare to work/Employability. Previous experience in People Management (supporting, coaching, and developing others). The ability to drive a team to achieve performance targets. Show “Customer First” values and drive them amongst your teams. Ability to travel across the region. Previous experience of supporting people with a range of barriers into work is desirable but not essential.
