Our amazing Business Development Managers are the kind of people who love to help others get the most out of life, are natural communicators with great digital, face-to-face, and written communication skills.
We are looking for a Business Development Manager to be the face of Radfield Home Care Shrewsbury & Oswestry, taking full responsibility for the continued growth of the brand.
You love the challenge of a busy working environment where no two days are ever the same. You’re a people person, with experience of community engagement and networking, and previous experience working for a home care provider is preferable.
Role & Responsibilities
* Increase brand awareness using a variety of digital platforms.
* Identify and grow local networks for referrals and seek opportunities for promotion such as the local press and local events.
* Grow our business in the Bridgnorth / Much Wenlock & Church Stretton areas.
* Engage with our community and host events such as job discovery days, client outings, coffee mornings, etc.
* Present and speak at events representing the Radfield Home Care brand.
* Develop community partnerships with relevant local organisations for mutual benefit.
A full UK driver’s licence and access to a vehicle is essential for this role.
