Role: Senior Customer Advisor
Division: Investments, Pensions & Insurance (IP&I).
Location: CityMark 150 Fountainbridge, Edinburgh EH3-9PE
Office based training for the first 6 to 8 weeks.
Then the role becomes hybrid working 3 days a week from home and 2 days in the office
Pay rate: £13.49 per hour
Contract: Temporary
Hours: Full time, 35 hours per week
between 8:00am and 6:00pm.

As a Senior Customer Advisor, you'll be handing complex enquiries.
You'll need experience of speaking to customers and have a compassion and a desire to do the right thing for them.
