Job Title: SaaS Account Executive
Location: Leeds / Hybrid
Job Overview: As a SaaS Account Executive, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base. You will manage the sales cycle from prospecting to closing, building relationships with key decision-makers, and providing tailored solutions to meet customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify and qualify potential clients through lead generation, networking, and outbound efforts.
2. Conduct discovery calls, product demos, and presentations to demonstrate the value of our solutions.
3. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
4. Collaborate with the marketing and customer success teams to ensure smooth onboarding and retention.
5. Negotiate and close deals, ensuring alignment with client goals and company objectives.
6. Track sales activity and pipeline in CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
7. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
8. Provide feedback to the product team based on customer insights and market trends.
Requirements:
1. 2+ years of SaaS sales experience, ideally in a B2B environment.
2. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
3. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
4. Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proactive approach to sales.
5. Familiarity with CRM tools and sales automation software.
6. Ability to understand and articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
7. A passion for technology and solving business problems with innovative software solutions.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Experience selling SaaS products.
2. Familiarity with sales techniques like SPIN selling, Solution Selling, or Challenger Sales.
3. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
