Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the routine servicing, repairs, and installation of gas appliances and systems in accordance with statutory requirements within all council tenancies and properties.
2. Ensure that all aspects of the servicing, commissioning, repairs, and installations are carried out to the required standards, in accordance with the relevant health and safety specifications.
3. Address any faults or failures promptly and advise the manager when an appliance is not suitable for repair.
4. Participate in the council's out-of-hours emergency service, for which you will receive additional payment.
You should be passionate about customer care, health and safety, and take pride in the quality of your workmanship.
