Job Description: SR HRIS ANALYST

Rate: 65K to 72K DOE
Position Overview:
The SR HRIS ANALYST is responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and management of HR analytics to provide meaningful insights to leadership. Primary Duties include:
1. Creating Power BI Dashboards from ADP Custom Reports.
2. Providing Adhoc Project Support to the HRIS Team.
3. Managing Projects for the Analytics group.
4. Scheduling and Automating Reports with ADP Scheduler and Power Automate.
5. Setting up new reporting connections to Relias (LMS) and handling all related HR support tickets for employee access issues.
6. Covering MDM tasks as a full backup for ADP Workforce Now validation tables, approval paths security, Access Groups, and processes related to HR support tickets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the HR data analytics function, providing leadership with actionable insights.
2. Create and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for HR data.
3. Audit HR data to ensure consistency, accuracy, and integrity.
4. Manage ADP custom reports and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
5. Work closely with HR teams to interpret data and provide recommendations for process improvements.
6. Lead data validation projects to ensure accuracy and address any inconsistencies.
7. Manage security-level groups, ensuring appropriate access to HR data.
8. Support the integration of HR data across multiple platforms, ensuring a seamless flow of information.
Qualifications:
1. Expert Level Power BI.
2. Expert in ADP Custom Reports.
3. Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Human Resources, or comparable experience.
4. 5+ years of experience in HRIS data analysis or a similar role.
5. Advanced proficiency in Power BI and ADP Workforce Now (4 years).
6. Experience with ADP Workforce Manager and Relias.
7. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
8. Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
9. Experience in Master Data Management (MDM).
10. Proficiency in Visio and Project Management.
