The Role: You will take ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle and support our daily operations. Your key responsibilities will include: Candidate Sourcing & Recruitment: Creating and placing detailed, eye-catching job adverts Sourcing and screening candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and referrals Conducting telephone interviews to assess candidate suitability Coordinating interviews and preparing candidates for the process Operations & Client Liaison: Managing shift bookings and ensuring efficient allocation of staff Liaising with clients to confirm staffing requirements and bookings Maintaining a robust candidate database for ongoing recruitment needs General Administration: Handling associated administrative tasks including data entry and referencing Supporting our recruitment consultants with daily operational tasks and process improvements Skills and Experience: A driven, hardworking individual with excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment A proactive, innovative team player who takes pride in their work Experience in recruitment, administration, or within the transport/logistics sector is beneficial but not essential What We Offer: A competitive salary Ongoing training and personal development Clear opportunities for career progression within our well-established company A supportive and friendly team environment If you’re ready to play a vital role in our recruitment and operational process, please apply with your CV or call Brad on 01273 030078 for more information.
