As Internal Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and capitalising on opportunities to enhance the performance of the integrated beef supply chain.
You will handle all lead generation and follow up on business enquiries which are then delegated to the wider business. Being the initial point of contact, a professional and proficient individual is required to promote the service and support accordingly.
About you:
1. Sales experience is paramount.
2. Have a drive to succeed.
3. Agricultural background and understanding of the beef supply chain would be an advantage.
4. Excellent telephone manner.
5. IT literate.
6. Highly organised, ability to plan own diary and manage workloads.
7. Self motivated.
8. Based within a commutable distance to the West Midlands.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and manage internal and external relationships.
2. Follow up on leads and delegate accordingly.
3. Promote opportunities to farmers within the integrated supply chain.
4. Calf data allocations.
5. Attend meetings as required.
6. Commute to the office in Solihull as required.
