Job Description:
We are looking for a number of talented individuals with sector experience to join our Health and Social Care team. Qualified teachers and assessors will attract the higher pay scales; however, we are happy to offer teaching training to industry professionals wishing to embark on a new career. You should be qualified in and can teach Biology, in areas such as Anatomy and Physiology as well as Microbiology.
Our courses equip young people and adults with skills that will be beneficial to the local community and local employers. The quality of our delivery ensures employers continue to choose us to deliver their training and that young people and adults select New City College for their full-time study.
You should demonstrate a good understanding of Health and Social Care through a history of teaching in the area and practical work experience in the field.
The successful applicant will work as a member of the team delivering a full range of Health and Social Care qualifications. This contract is an exciting developmental opportunity for an appropriately qualified lecturer to gain further skills in this area. Management development is also a strength of the college group with a range of internal progression routes across the campuses for the right candidates.
