Your Impact
We’re looking for an ambitious Key Account Manager with a passion for sales and business development to drive our next phase of European expansion. You’ll play a key role in accelerating our brand growth, forming strategic partnerships, and making a lasting impact in the beauty industry.
Working closely with our European Sales Director and collaborating with marketing, creative, and planning teams, you’ll lead efforts to expand our market presence, grow sales, and establish PDC Brands as a category leader.
What You’ll Do
* Drive Growth: Execute our European sales strategy, exceed revenue targets, and identify new opportunities for expansion.
* Lead Partnerships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key retailers, distributors, and partners across Europe.
* Market Expansion: Secure new placements, expand our brand presence in retail and digital spaces, and drive category leadership.
* Strategic Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement trade marketing plans and promotional strategies that maximize product visibility and sales.
* Data-Driven Decisions: Monitor market trends, analyze competitor activities, and use insights to adapt and optimize strategies.
* Commercial Management: Oversee key account P&Ls, manage budgets, and ensure profitability within defined parameters.
* Forecast & Reporting: Evaluate forecasts, track performance against targets, and recommend proactive actions to meet goals.
* Innovate: Identify new business opportunities, contribute to product launches, and recommend innovative growth strategies.
What You Bring:
* 3+ years of experience in senior sales roles within leading consumer brands, preferably in Beauty, Personal Care or FMCG.
* Proven track record of growing brand presence and sales across European markets.
* Expertise in managing key accounts and multi-brand distributors in major European regions.
* Strong business acumen and a deep understanding of regional market dynamics.
* Exceptional negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills.
* Experience in developing trade marketing plans and collaborating with marketing teams.
* Proficiency in managing P&Ls and driving commercial decisions.
* Entrepreneurial spirit with a results-driven mindset.
* Ability to travel across Europe as needed.
* Additional European languages are a plus.
