We're looking for a Head of Content Production to join our team in London as part of our Content function. Your Role: You will focus on delivering best-in-class content for the stage, primarily focused on Cannes Lions, the International Festival of Creativity. You will manage a team of talented content producers to curate and deliver strong agendas and value for our customers across the festival. You will work closely with marketing, content operations, and product development teams to ensure everything we do is high quality, and world-class and improves all performance metrics. You’ll also deputise for the Director of Content, making key decisions to uphold our standards, editorial integrity, and values, deliver on our content strategy, and represent content globally. You will play a key role in executing the strategic vision for Content, by transforming high-level objectives into actionable content plans. You’ll work closely with the Director of Content to inspire and support our customers who submit content, build and maintain relationships in the creative community, discover new voices for the Cannes Lions stage, and uphold our commitment to DEI and representation on our platform. Simply put, this individual is passionate about what great content for the stage looks like and strives to deliver content programmes that define excellence year over year. Key Responsibilities Developing and owning the end-to-end content plan for Festival content year on year, ensuring alignment with the long-term content strategy. Establishing clear goals and KPIs based on overall content strategy, providing timely reporting to monitor progress and identify areas for improvement Responsible for the Call for Content, programme design, curation, experience, execution, onsite delivery and analysis of the content programme at Cannes Lions, as well as other bespoke events throughout the year Building and maintaining key relationships in the industry, and broadening our network to find new voices and deliver on our commitment to DEI. Creating tailored engagement plans to inspire new perspectives, new disciplines and new markets to participate in content Managing and developing a high-performing team of content producers, setting clear briefs, supporting individual growth plans and fostering development opportunities that align with team and organisational goals Working with relevant teams to deliver comprehensive content, marketing and operational plans, facilitating cross-functional collaboration Upholding our editorial standards and values set by the Director of Content, with a healthy obsession with what great looks like.
