Warner Scott are partnered with a mid-market professional services advisory firm who are looking to hire a Valuations Assistant Manager. While this is a Valuations focussed role, it sits within the wider corporate finance team, so will provide various opportunities to gain exposure to other areas of advisory such as Transaction Services, Disputes, and Lead Advisory M&A. This is an excellent opportunity for a Valuations professional looking to take the next step in their career and expand their advisory skillset. Responsibilities Drafting valuation working papers, final reports, letters, and presentations. Contributing to the creation of reports for litigation cases and presenting findings in a format suitable for Expert evidence. Supporting the team on a variety of small to mid-market transactions by preparing financial due diligence reports, information memoranda, and financial models. Collaborating with the team to deliver buy-side and sell-side advisory services, including M&A, MBO, and EOT transactions. Analyzing financial statements, management reports, and deal documentation. Reviewing legal documents such as sale and purchase agreements and completion accounts. Assisting clients with completion processes, including cash and net debt analysis. Conducting market research to support company valuations and identify potential buyers for sale mandates, as well as target companies for acquisitive clients. Requirements / Desirables Finalist or Qualified ACA/ACCA/CFA Experience working in a Professional Services Valuations team
