Due to the expansion of our Kent based operations we are are seeking as number ofpermanent,Class 2 Multidrop Driversto join our Transport team based at our Aylesford location.
Hours may vary. It is essential that candidates are flexible to work outside of the normal core hours when required including some weekend work. Usual working pattern will be Monday to Friday.
The Position
Delivering pallets to an array of businesses within our postcode coverage area and making collections where applicable as instructed by the transport team.
The responsibilities of the role will be as follows:
* Collect and deliver plts, Yorks and loose bags
* Complete all deliveries within the timelines set out by the client.
* Conduct daily vehicle checks on your allocated vehicle
* To report any defects on the vehicle
* To report any incidents that you or the vehicle are involved in from the location
* To comply with the company driver behaviour guidelines
