Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 (this salary may be slightly negotiable and can be discussed further, depending on your experience)

Your Role in the Team:
As a Microsoft Cloud & Infrastructure Engineer, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering innovative IT solutions:
* Cloud Migrations & Projects: Lead and contribute to cutting-edge Microsoft 365 and Azure implementations.
* 2nd & 3rd Line Support: Collaborate with a talented remote support team to deliver outstanding service.
* Infrastructure Builds: Tailor a mix of on-prem, hybrid and cloud-based installations, configure endpoint hardware, and ensure seamless client setups.
What You’ll Bring:
* Hands-on experience in Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows Server, and Active Directory.
* Knowledge of VMware, Veeam, and security principles.
* A full UK driving licence (for occasional on-site travel).
* Bonus: Prior experience in an IT MSP environment is highly desirable!
Location & Flexibility:
There is the option for some flexible working and 2 days per week working from home. The office is based in Poole, Dorset, where you will be required to work 3 days per week, so you will need to live within an appropriate commutable distance. You’ll also have the opportunity to travel to client sites within the Dorset/Hampshire area, which may involve some occasional overnight stays depending on the project.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm, with some flexibility available if required.
