Teaching Personnel are working with an outstanding college based in London, looking for a part-time A-Level Psychology Teacher to join their dedicated team.
The job is ideal for well-qualified candidates who are passionate about their subject and have high expectations for their students and themselves. Previous teaching experience is preferred, with or without a teaching qualification, as is a proven commitment to academic excellence.
Person Specification
* Possess a University degree.
* Extensive teaching experience in the subject area, preferably at the secondary and sixth form school level, with a strong track record of effective instruction and student engagement.
* Demonstrate awareness of the subject curriculum for the relevant level.
* Embody collaboration with enthusiasm for working alongside colleagues.
* Exhibit principles, thoughtfulness, and intentionality in decision-making and actions.
* Have a growth mindset and value innovation as a route to improvement and growth.
* Build and foster relationships characterised by kindness, care, empathy, and respect with colleagues, students, and families.
* Be a reflective practitioner open to others' perspectives.
* Embrace and use technology as a tool for teaching and learning.
