NCN Health have an exciting opportunity for an Dietitian to join our team in Community Health and Wellbeing across NCN Health.
The Dietitian works as part of a multidisciplinary Community Health and Wellbeing team at NCN Health providing quality, client focused Dietitian services to clients of Community Health and Wellbeing clients, the Acute unit and Residential Aged Care facilities. The role will promote health and wellbeing via a range of client focused services to individuals and groups aimed to assist clients better manage nutrition for good health.
What we are looking for:
1. Vaccination against Covid-19 is a mandatory requirement.
2. Recognised degree or post graduate qualifications in Nutrition and Dietetics, with eligibility for membership of The Dietitians Association of Australia and the Accredited Practicing Dietitian Program.
3. Knowledge of assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation of current dietetic and nutrition best practice across a range of clinical settings including community based, inpatient and residential aged care environments.
4. Knowledge or experience in providing Dietitian services within a client focused approach to service delivery that promotes client health and wellbeing, independence and self-management.

Mandatory Screening Checks:
