Location: UK (Remote) Territories Covered: UK, Ireland and Nordics SonicWall is looking for a motivated Field Marketing Specialist with 3 years of experience to help plan and execute field marketing activities in the UK, Ireland, and Nordics. This position is ideal for someone early in their career who is eager to grow and develop professionally. In this role, you’ll support the regional sales team and work closely with the EMEA Field Marketing Director to plan and execute marketing campaigns that align with the company's goals and growth targets. The position requires a blend of strong marketing execution and communication capabilities along with an ability to build and manage relationships with both internal and external (partner) marketing, sales and executive teams. As a small but highly interactive and engaged team we look for an energetic, upstart marketing professional, that can work autonomously but loves to interact with others, doesn’t hesitate to build relationships across countries, continents and cultures and brings a strong team spirit. Key Responsibilities: Regional Marketing Support : Assist in creating and implementing marketing plans for specific regions to drive business growth and partner engagement. Event Planning : Help organize events such as trade shows, conferences, and product launches to engage potential customers and generate leads. Sales Collaboration : Work alongside the sales team to ensure marketing efforts support their objectives and lead generation. Lead Generation : Execute online and offline lead generation campaigns using email, social media, advertising, and more. Content Development : Collaborate with the content team to develop region-specific marketing materials like brochures, case studies, and presentations. Budget Management : Help manage marketing budgets to ensure cost-effective use of resources. Partnerships : Support the development of partnerships with local organizations and influencers to expand SonicWall’s presence in the region. Brand Representation : Ensure consistent brand messaging and serve as a local brand ambassador. Qualifications : 3 years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on field or regional marketing. Experience in IT or channel environments is a plus but not essential. Willingness to travel and work from the Basingstoke office 3-4 days per month. Strong project management and organizational skills. Ability to communicate well and build relationships with internal teams and external partner community. Analytical mindset and comfortable with data analysis. Creative, self-driven, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
