As aNight Butler, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:
* Provide an "Above and Beyond" guest experience by delivering five-star service and anticipating guest needs.
* Prepare and service guest rooms according to individual preferences, including special requests and personalized services such as unpacking, packing, garment care, turn-down service, and in-room dining setup.
* Welcome guests, and offer a comprehensive introduction to hotel services and facilities.
* Efficiently manage guest requests, including room service, concierge services, special arrangements, and handling Night Room Service operations while adhering to brand standards.
* Act as a liaison between guests and various hotel departments to ensure seamless service delivery and clear communication of guest preferences.
* Monitor security by controlling access to guest rooms, conducting night security and fire walks, and enforcing hotel safety protocols.
* Document and report security or safety incidents, ensuring compliance with emergency procedures for fire, medical emergencies, and evacuations.
* Manage wake-up call services, hot beverage preparations, and minibar stock, ensuring accurate posting of chargeable services in Opera PMS.
* Promptly resolve guest complaints or issues to ensure satisfaction and retention, while maintaining strict confidentiality regarding guest information.
* Collect and act on guest feedback to continuously improve service delivery and uphold the hotel's luxury standards.
Our IdealNight Butler
* Experience in luxury hospitality, preferably within a five-star hotel setting.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and Opera PMS.
* Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with flexibility and adaptability.
* Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with cultural sensitivity.
* Availability to work weekends, bank holidays, and overnight shifts.
* A proactive and guest-focused mindset with a passion for delivering high-end hospitality.
