As a Sales Administrator you will be tasked with advancing a property transaction from offer agreed, through to successful completion and move in. You will be in communication with solicitors, surveyors and mortgage advisors both internally and externally, along with all other parties involved in the transaction.
We are looking for someone who is accurate and dependable, careful and thorough. Previous experience within estate agency is essential, and experience within a Sales Administrator role is preferred.
Main responsibilities:
1. Providing effective administrative support to all customers both internally and externally.
2. To provide excellent standard of customer care service, through telephone, and written communication.
3. Arrange viewings for sales properties.
4. Maintaining contact with purchasers including obtaining post-visit feedback and reviews.
5. To make all necessary arrangements for the completion of sold properties to make the buyers experience flawless.
6. To be responsible for answering all enquiries relating to sales, mortgage appointments and instructing solicitor leads.
7. Maintaining the sales data records for all sales to ensure the clients have a great experience.
8. Organising and facilitating sales advertising and material.
9. Gathering and reporting weekly on sales performance to all properties and share this information with current vendors.
10. Liaise with solicitors of vendors and buyers to actively progress pending sales, including solving problems in order to speed up the sales process.
11. Gathering information for invoices and sending once complete to the relevant solicitors.
12. Instructing and chasing Anti Money Laundering (AML) checks on all customers.
13. Organising home reports and marketing material for new clients.
14. Conduct market appraisals, property visits, erecting marketing boards/posters, and viewings when required.
15. Handling keys between clients, agents and solicitors.
Full Clean Driving Licence essential.
A thorough previous employment and reference check will be completed as part of the selection process.
Salary:
Full-time basic salary of £24,000 per annum.
Full-time total OTE (On Target Earning) in excess of £27,000 per annum.

* 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

Experience:
* Sales experience: 2 years (preferred)
* Customer service: 3 years (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
* Full Clean Driving License (required)
Work Location: Office based.
The candidate will be subject to a 3-month probation period. Use of company cars within working hours are accessible.
