Summer Student Recruitment
The WSIB is committed to providing opportunities for students to gain meaningful hands-on work experience and to offer insight into future employment opportunities and career options within the WSIB. The Operations team deals directly with people who’ve been injured or become ill because of work. We provide our customers with the best possible service through claim adjudication, ensuring payment, return-to-work services, and managing access to health services.

The Information Technology team manages and supports the applications, systems, devices, and networks used by all of us here at the WSIB. This team also partners with other business areas to develop and launch digital solutions to support our business processes.

Finance is responsible for the financial health and stewardship of the WSIB, and accountable for the funds required to support injured and ill people in their recovery and return to work.

People
The People team provides comprehensive human resources advice and services to the organization, enabling strategic business outcomes through our people.

Governance
The Governance team supports, educates, and champions effective governance across the WSIB.

Professional Requirements and Qualifications
Applicants must be:
* Legally authorized to work in Canada.
* Currently a post-secondary student enrolled as a full-time student in a recognized institution in September 2025.
* Within 6 months of their graduation date.
* Available to work for the entire duration of the summer (May 5, 2025 – August 29, 2025).
