We are looking for more than just experienced drivers. We are looking for individuals who can demonstrate a warm, positive and people focused attitude and who will go above and beyond to treat our passengers with care, dignity, and respect.
The post holder will provide professional and high-quality care, collecting passengers with a range of additional needs and transporting them to destinations such as schools, day centres and medical centres. The post holder will drive a non-emergency ambulance or minibus in accordance with the law, demonstrating a commitment to the comfort and safety of passengers whilst showing consideration for other road users.

What we expect from you:
1. A full UK driving licence with full D or D1 entitlement and a maximum of 3 penalty points
2. Experience of driving larger vehicles
3. Experience of transporting people or experience of
providing care and support to individuals in a health or social care setting
4. A satisfactory enhanced DBS check
5. A caring and compassionate nature
6. Excellent communication skills
7. Resilience and the ability to work under pressure
8. Flexibility to meet the needs of the business and a willingness to work unsociable hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
