Person specification
Knowledge, Skills and Training
Essential criteria
1. Registered Health Practitioner
2. Relevant full Masters degree or demonstrate extensive equivalent experience in the relevant speciality
3. Exceptional proven leadership skills
4. Knowledge and understanding of he Trusts stategies
Job Specific Experiance
Essential criteria
5. Evidence of effective leadership and risk management skills
6. Experience of complex service delivery including multi agency working
7. Practical experience of facilitating and managing change
8. Able to demonstrate wide knowledge of health policy and its application in practice
9. Experience of developing service related plans and strategies and joint working with colleagues in a matrix involvement approach
Managerial/Supervisory Experience
Essential criteria
10. Experience of operational management at Band 7 or above
11. Able to undertake clinical supervision and systematic peer caseload review of colleagues on an individual or group basis
Finance/Resources
Essential criteria
12. Experience of budget management
Information Technology/Resources

13. Experience of patient record systems
14. Able to manipulate data, service and performance related to design written and visual information,.
