Are you a festival-savvy marketing strategist and content creator who knows how to build hype, craft compelling visuals, and position a founder as an industry leader?
We’re The Global Dental Collective, and we don’t do boring. We’re redefining the future of dentistry with immersive, festival-style events that mix storytelling, theater, and bold conversations—think London Fashion Week meets TEDx, but for dentistry.
Our flagship event, Dentown 2025 (Sept 19, 2025), is set to be our biggest yet. Over the past three years, we’ve grown from 250 attendees to 600+ across multiple events, proving there’s demand for a fresh approach to dental education. Now, we need a Marketing & Social Media Manager to:
1. Build hype and drive attendance for Dentown 2025 through digital campaigns, email marketing, and social media.
2. Develop a strong, engaging personal brand for our founder, Dr. Mehy Lo Presti, positioning him as a leading voice in immersive dental education.
3. Refine and scale Global Dental Collective’s marketing strategy, including email campaigns, sponsorship activations, and audience growth.
Who You Are
Festival & Big Event Marketer – You’ve promoted large-scale conferences, festivals, or immersive experiences (TEDx, Web Summit, Secret Cinema, London Tech Week).
Graphic Design Pro – You can create scroll-stopping visuals, event branding, and social media content (Adobe Suite, Canva, Figma, etc.).
Social Media & Content Creator – You understand TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X, and know how to craft high-engagement, shareable content.
Personal Branding Strategist – You know how to position a founder as a thought leader through content, interviews, and storytelling.
Email & CRM Expert – You can write compelling email sequences, audience segmentation strategies, and high-converting newsletters.
Data-Driven Growth Marketer – You understand marketing funnels, analytics, sponsorship activation, and audience insights to optimize campaigns.
Bonus: Video Editing Skills – If you can edit short-form videos, reels, or motion graphics, that’s a huge plus!
What You’ll Do
1. Develop & execute social media campaigns that create FOMO and drive ticket sales for Dentown 2025.
2. Design & create high-impact visuals for social media, email marketing, and event branding.
3. Craft a thought leadership content strategy for Dr. Mehy Lo Presti, including LinkedIn posts, videos, and PR opportunities.
4. Create and manage email marketing campaigns that nurture our audience and convert attendees.
5. Tell the story of Global Dental Collective through engaging digital content and bold marketing activations.
6. Work with sponsors & partners to amplify their presence in our marketing campaigns.
7. Optimize marketing funnels & CRM for audience growth, retention, and community engagement.
