Representing a client base that includes top-tier law firms, financial institutions, and corporate entities, they seek experienced barristers with a minimum of 10yrs call in international financial services to assist with the development of the practice and benefit from increased economies of scale and market share long-term.
The work handled by our client includes:

* Fixed Income
* Long/Short trading
* Asset finance
* Retail banking
* Listing & AIM Rules/Prospectus Regulation Rules
* Market Conduct
* AML/CFT
* Digital Assets – crypto asset derivatives, DAOs, Exchanges, Custodians
* Emissions Trading
* Alternative Investment Funds
* Lloyds List
* Private Equity/Venture Capital
To be considered, applicants will require a proven track record of generating a minimum of £250k p.a. in practice value over the past three years and be looking to build on these numbers going forward by aligning themselves with like-minded experts.
