The Team
The Established Brands Commercial Operations Partner role sits in the Global Commercial Operations team and will support the Commercial Operations Director to optimize the value of the Established Brands portfolio through identifying, developing and implementing optimal brand and portfolio strategies including optimization of the value chain, the brand positioning and go to market models.
The role will be required to drive global commercial brand management activities responsible for maintaining and optimizing the value / volume of the global Mundipharma Established Brands portfolio, together with the country teams and cross functional business partners.
Role and Responsibilities
This role will support the development of the commercial strategy and lifecycle management plans for Mundipharma's global Established Brands portfolio and the executional excellence for each brand. The role demands a close working relationship with all matrix functions and commercial units and countries. Additionally, this role will lead various Commercial workstreams as required. Other responsibilities of the role include:
Support development of brand and portfolio lifecycle plans alongside annual strategic forecast assumptions and global marketing programs, working in partnership with countries, clusters and other key functions to achieve business goals and objectives. Work in partnership with global functions such as Market Access and Cluster / Country Commercial teams to ensure formulation of a coherent marketing strategy for established brands encompassing portfolio performance optimization, pricing and tendering strategies, supply chain and marketing initiatives, including Global material development. Collaborate with the top markets to generate strategic market insights to provide bespoke go to market strategy, positioning and segmentation strategic recommendations; together with execution guidance, coaching of local established brands leads. Project management inclusive of CoS and Exit Markets Coordinating and completing projects on time, within budget, and within scope. Overseeing all aspects of projects. Tracking performance through setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, monitoring and summarizing progress. Setting and managing stakeholder expectations, both internally and externally. Proven track record of developing and implementing marketing strategies that lead to value creation, preferred analgesic market experience. Previous experience in the Pharmaceutical industry would be ideal University, Marketing focus or equivalent, preferred master's in business administration. Previous experience in International (regional/global) Marketing Proven experience in country commercial roles including sales, marketing, market access and or strategic market insights. Proven track record of success and ability to derive optimal commercial value from investment. Experience with creating a marketing campaign, marketing strategy, and marketing plan including online marketing. Curiosity, global mindset, solutions-orientated mindset, and can-do attitude, self-starter. Good understanding of value chain with strong financial and analytical acumen. High agility level acting with speed - has courage to take appropriate risks. Strong creativity - thinks out of the box - creates solutions even if challenging. Can easily navigate in ambiguous environment and intensely relies on intuition to drive ideas - can effectively bring strong rational to intuition. Track record of effectively managing across functional areas within an international environment and working collaboratively to produce optimal results. Fluent English speaker, and fluency of written English are critical, and additional language skills would be an advantage. What we offer in return
