ERP Software Consultant
Location: Dudley
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum
Type: Perm/Full-time/Hybrid
An opportunity has arisen for an ERP Software Consultant with previous experience working with ERP Software Systems such as Pegasus, Sage, SAP, NetSuite, Business Central, Epicor, EFACS, Workday, and Kerridge. Along with a salary of up to £45,000 per annum, you will also receive:

You will work alongside the existing consulting and project implementation teams to assist customers with business processes and challenges, resolving issues and recommending solutions to address their needs.
Responsibilities:
1. Working as part of a team to implement ERP projects in small to medium-sized businesses in the manufacturing and distribution sectors.
2. Conducting process analysis and requirements gathering sessions with clients.
3. Designing and configuring ERP Software solutions to meet client requirements.
4. Providing training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption of the system.
5. Developing and maintaining project documentation, including requirements, design specifications, and user manuals.
6. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Customer Success, Products, Development, Marketing, Sales, and Consulting, as well as other consultants.
7. Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to ERP implementations.
8. Staying up-to-date with the latest features and updates in ERP.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience in implementing ERP solutions in an end-user environment (as a super user of similar) OR proven experience in implementing another ERP solution such as Pegasus, Sage, SAP, NetSuite, Business Central, Epicor, Kerridge, etc.
2. Strong understanding of business processes and how they can be mapped to Dynamics 365 or an alternative ERP solution.
3. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
4. Strong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Driving licence is advantageous but not essential.
Successful candidates will embark on an 8-week training program to provide extensive training on our ERP System, including hands-on sessions and full access to learning resources.
