Come and join the team! We are recruiting for a Bar Manager to work with us at Daish's Hotels!
Offering a competitive salary of £27,300 per annum, based on 38 hours per week, working up to 6 days per week, plus incremental and performance pay reviews. We also offer continuous all year-round employment – we don’t close for the winter months! You also get £50 once you have completed basic Daish's training and if you refer a friend, you'll split £100!
Hours include evenings, weekends and bank holidays, straight shifts of 4pm until midnight.

As our Bar Manager, you will demonstrate experience in managing bars and training staff to a high standard with excellent levels of service to our guests. Your job is to provide exceptional customer service whilst performing your regular duties, as well as managing a team of bar staff. Guest experience is absolutely paramount, and we ensure we always provide a friendly and welcoming environment for both our guests and team members alike.
Responsibilities:
* Coordinate daily front and back of house bar operations
* Good knowledge of all products sold in the bar and how to deliver them to the highest quality standard.
* Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction
* Respond efficiently and accurately to any arising guest dissatisfaction
* Organize and supervise staffing
* Mentor new staff with the correct operational procedures for the department.
* Active listening and effective communication skills
* An understanding of cellar management.
* Experience in cash handling and management.
* A good working knowledge of Health and Safety issues relating to public bar spaces and events & licensing laws.
