(Senior) Market Access, Value & Pricing Manager (m/f/x) – 1-year contract

The Opportunity
We are seeking a (Senior) Market Access, Value & Pricing Manager to cover a maternity leave within our Market Access Department.
This hybrid role involves leading a Therapy Area Team/Business Unit while maintaining a portfolio/pipeline focus as needed. The successful candidate will develop and implement payer access and reimbursement strategies to optimize pricing and reimbursement at both national and local levels, ensuring a positive environment for existing and new products.
The Role:
* Develop and maintain expert knowledge of the UK and Ireland market access and specialized commissioning environment, understanding its impact on key strategic products.
* Lead initiatives to remove barriers that could delay the availability of CSL Behring products to patients, in compliance with the ABPI code.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with Therapy Area Teams and Regional/Global Market Access to develop product value propositions and communication plans.
* Identify data gaps for key brands, develop strategies to address them, and implement health economic data generation initiatives as needed.
* Prepare materials for Commercial Access Managers/Field Teams to support the value demonstration of CSL Behring products.
* Support the submission and approval of DHSC/HSE List prices for new products/presentations.
* Maintain a database of DHSC/HSE List prices and Actual Selling Prices (ASP's) for all products, including competitors.
* Coordinate the preparation and submission for HTA review of new products/indications as required.
Your Skills and Experience:
* Master's degree in business, health policy, health economics, life sciences, or a related healthcare discipline.
* Qualification or strong knowledge of health economics, health policy, and commissioning is desirable.
* Significant pharmaceutical industry experience with a comprehensive understanding of NHS policy, structure, and funding pathways at both national and local levels.
* Experience in managing and developing product HTA submissions is desirable.
* Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
* Excellent interpersonal skills to build effective internal and external networks.
