PMLD Teacher – SEN School (The Wirral) An outstanding opportunity has arisen for an empathetic and nurturing PMLD Teacher to join an SEN school based in The Wirral. This full-time role, starting in January, offers the chance to work with students aged 11-19 with a variety of special educational needs, all supported by EHCPs. The school is dedicated to providing a supportive and enriching environment, equipped with a hydrotherapy pool, sensory rooms, and small class sizes to ensure personalized attention and care. Key Responsibilities: Delivering tailored and engaging lessons to meet the individual needs of students. Utilizing specialist facilities to enhance learning and development. Creating a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment. Collaborating with staff, families, and carers to support each student’s progress. Supporting students with complex needs to achieve their potential academically, socially, and emotionally. Ideal Candidate: Experience working with children with special educational needs is desirable. A compassionate and empathetic educator who can adapt to diverse learning requirements. Strong ability to foster positive relationships with students and staff. Patience, resilience, and a genuine passion for helping students thrive.
