Key Responsibilities of a Sales Assistant:
1. Elements of administration and legal documentation
2. Providing support to Negotiators & Branch Managers
3. Co-ordination of appointments
4. Liaising with our Clients and prospective buyers
5. Carrying out ad-hoc property viewings as required
Experience & Skills Required to be a successful Sales Assistant:
1. A positive, determined, and enthusiastic attitude
2. Strong communicator both written and verbally
3. Be well presented
4. Willing to learn and have a 'can do' attitude
5. A full UK driver's licence is essential
6. Previous experience with an estate agent or the property sector preferred but not essential
7. Working proficiency across all Microsoft Office packages
