Governance Manager/Deputy Company Secretary role available for a nationally recognised organisation where you will be involved in an exciting, technical challenging role.
Have you worked on major infrastructure projects previously or have you worked in the public sector in a similar role?
This organisation is at the heart of the British transport network and is considered a huge part of the UK's expansion plans. As the company continues to grow, they are looking to bring on a Governance Manager/Deputy Company Secretary to support the organisation with their corporate governance and present reports to the board and senior members within the organisation.
The company itself is the UK's biggest rail network and employs circa 2000 staff. It's a fantastic opportunity to work for an exciting organisation where you will be working on significant projects. In turn, you will receive training, development, and a generous benefits package.
The ideal candidate will need to have or be working towards a CGI, ICSA, or master's degree in corporate governance.
The Role:
* Corporate governance
* Hybrid role (2 days from either site or office and 3 days WFH)
The Person:
* Ability to communicate at a stakeholder level
* Experience working on large infrastructure projects or public sector experience
* Must have or be working towards a CGI, ICSA, or master's degree in corporate governance qualification.
