Up to £40,000 dependent on experience AXA – Global Healthcare are looking for a PMO Analyst to join their Transformation team and project office, to provide help and assurance across Projects and Programmes to support consistent high-quality delivery. You’ll guide project managers through the project lifecycle from inception to completion, ensuring all necessary documentation, governance and reporting standards are adhered to. You'll work at least 40% of your week away from home, at our Tunbridge Wells office. What you’ll be doing: Prepare reports, including project status, RAID summaries, and progress dashboards, providing accurate and timely updates Ensure project governance processes are followed, including proper approval gates and project charters Maintain and update project records and all Transformation related documentation Conduct regular project reviews to ensure compliance with PMO standards and that all required governance processes are being followed Support project managers in preparing for stage-gate reviews, ensuring deliverables meet quality criteria Monitor project risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring proper escalation paths are followed Assist with the creation and maintenance of project documentation, including status reports, dashboards, and presentations Liaise with stakeholders across all levels, providing critical data to help drive decision-making Support financial management of projects, ensuring budgets are monitored and reports are accurate Get involved in project governance and contribute to continuous improvement of processes Manage the small change pipeline and process on behalf of the Transformation team Due to the number of applications we expect to receive for this role, we reserve the right to close this advert earlier than the listed closing date to ensure we’re able to effectively manage interest. What you’ll bring: Demonstrable experience of working in a Project role, ideally within a PMO team Experience in roles that require an eye of detail and reporting at all levels Ability to interpret data provided from multiple sources into something cohesive and clear Sound diplomacy & people skills to deal with challenges of inter-company working Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to negotiate and influence stakeholders at all levels Financial Services background, ideally with exposure to the PMI/IPMI industry As a precondition of employment for this role, you must be eligible and authorised to work in the United Kingdom.
