A longstanding client within the Security and Facilities Management sector has been evolving and they are now looking to bring in a Sales Manager, the successful candidate will drive sales strategies and teams while being involved in high level sales.

Salary
£45,000 - £55,000 + Company Car (Full package negotiable)

Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement effective sales strategies and visit clients to drive sales growth in the Northern Ireland, ROI and UK .
* Identify and target key accounts, understand customer needs, and propose suitable solutions.
* Possess proven experience in replying to Public Sector tenders and managing Public Sector relationships.
* Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
* Be a proven manager who can lead and direct junior sales staff.
* Coordinate with the Marketing Manager to execute a strong marketing plan to corporate and customers in Northern Ireland.
* Negotiate and close agreements with large private and public sector clients.
* Monitor and analyse performance metrics and suggest improvements to existing go to market and customer propositions.
* Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
* Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board.
* Attend trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to network and promote the company's solutions.
* Direct a sales team in generating proposals that define a clear path to client satisfaction and revenue growth.
* Have a proven ability to develop and monetise commercial partnerships.
Requirements:
* Proven work experience as a Head of Sales / Country Manager/ Sales Director. We are seeking someone with high level sales management skills that is still actively involved in sales. (Cleaning, Security or FM highly desired)
* Ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organisation.
* Experience developing sales and marketing plans.
* Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office.
* In-depth understanding of the market structure and trends would be ideal, but not essential.
* Excellent negotiation and leadership skills.
* Strong decision-making abilities.
* Degree in Business Administration, Sales, or relevant field would be ideal.
