A quick look at the role The FP&A Manager is responsible for monthly financial reporting to the senior management team and for overseeing our budget and forecasting cycles. This is a key role within group finance, ensuring robust, timely and insightful financial reporting.. Your core responsibilities Prepare the monthly board report. Produce the group P&L, balance sheet and cash flow. Maintain and improve group Power BI reporting (MTS, board report, balance sheet and cash flow). Ensure these remain robust and fit for purpose. Review current reporting systems and consider proposed additions / improvements to aid with reporting and forecasting. Overall responsibility for the group budgeting and forecasting cycles Develop a thorough understanding of our business units. Attend monthly accounts review meetings and challenge / analyse performance. Develop a corporate model to allow us to strategically plan for the longer term. Support with ad-hoc financial analysis as required by senior management. Support the year end audit process.. Our essential requirements Professional accounting qualification (CIMA, ACA or ACCA) with 3 years PQE Strong commercial and operational financial management experience ideally from a large B2B organisation Excellent financial knowledge particularly around preparing the balance sheet and cash flow Strong IT skills including advanced Excel and Power BI.
