Customer Experience Manager - Maternity Cover (approx 12 months)

This is an exciting opportunity to lead our Customer Experience Team and Front of House operation at our wonderful King's Theatre and Theatre Royal, Glasgow for approximately one year. These venues welcome some of the world's best performers in a vast array of concerts, comedy performances, opera, ballet, dramas, and musicals. Within the Customer Experience Manager (maternity cover) role you will be responsible for leading a large team and inspiring them to achieve our business targets. The Customer Experience Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth running of our daily operations whilst delivering a first-class customer experience.
Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage the Customer Experience Team.
2. Ensure smooth daily operations of the front of house.
3. Deliver exceptional customer experiences.
4. Inspire and motivate the team to achieve business targets.
