The Role
As Headteacher, you will provide dynamic leadership that ensures the continued success of Preston School. Working closely with the Local Governing Body (LGB), Trustees and CEO of MNSP, you will:

* Shape and deliver a strategic vision that ensures sustainability and growth.
* Inspire staff and pupils to reach their full potential through a culture of excellence.
* Strengthen relationships with parents, the local community and key stakeholders.
* Manage school resources efficiently, ensuring value for money.
* Foster an inclusive and supportive environment where every child thrives.

The salary is set in line with Teachers’ Pay and Conditions and takes account of the support and line management received by the CEO/DCEO.
