We are currently looking for an Administrator / Team Assistant to join a Consultancy firm in Liverpool Street. This is working from 8.30 to 5.30 alongside the Office Manager and offers a salary of £35,000 - £40,000.
The Role
1. Booking, coordinating and preparing agendas, notes
2. Organising events and travel
3. Gathering information for projects
4. Ordering office supplies
5. Undertaking ad hoc administration
6. Managing the calendar and email for Team Managers
