About the Role This is a unique opportunity to work on the design, development, and refinement of original capital equipment, with each machine valued at £3m-£4m. With IBS bringing the design and manufacturing of these highly complex systems in-house, you’ll contribute to transforming prototypes into manufacturable products while solving technical challenges along the way. Your Impact: Convert a library of legacy models, assemblies, and drawings to IBS standards using SolidWorks. Collaborate on the design of intricate machine components and systems such as castings, fabrications, pneumatics, drive systems, and mechanical assemblies. Support the transition of prototypes to production-ready designs and into streamlined manufacturing processes. What You’ll Need: Strong SolidWorks experience with a focus on mechanical assemblies and diverse materials. A proactive, problem-solving approach to design challenges.
