Job Overview
The primary objective of this role is to spearhead the establishment and growth of Afra Brand in the Domestic Appliances channel. To play a pivotal role in identifying target retailers/distributors within the National and Independent Channel, formulating an effective launch strategy, and assuming leadership in channel development. As the organization stands at a crucial juncture of expansion, the successful development of Afra Brand is essential.
Duties / Job Responsibilities
* Establish and develop relationships in Europe, UK & Ireland to form partnerships and develop sales, at a growth rate in-line with annualised company plans and annual KPI’s.
* Provide an annual strategy and business plan to maximise opportunities for domestic appliances business in line with company strategy. Plan to be updated quarterly.
* Develop and form sales channels, E-commerce, Digital Marketing, Market Research and make plans country-wise.
* Work closely with General Manager & CEO to achieve the annual sales target for the AFRA SDA, AFRA tools and AFRA healthcare category.
* Arrange trade shows, marketing activities and travel across Europe to find new partners, maintaining a high level of product, trade and application knowledge.
* Provide continuous communication of competitor activity and market intelligence to sales, marketing and category management.
Skills
* Previous experience working within the Domestic Appliances channel is essential.
* Demonstrated optimistic and creative mentality.
* Excellent numeracy and analytical skills.
* Ability to maintain strong relationships at all levels within the organization and customer base.
* Proficient in PC skills, with a sound knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
* Proven ability to exceed sales and profitability targets.
* A valid UK Driving Licence is required for this role.
