This role is for 32 hours per week, with shift patterns from Monday to Friday. If you are passionate about advancing fertility care and excited by this opportunity, we would love to hear from you, The post holder will be responsible for the overall daily operational and human resource management of the fertility nurse team within the Cotswold Fertility Unit. They are responsible for the administration and organisation of the assisted conception programmes. They will providenursing care, support and advice to fertility unit patients.
The focus of this role is clinical leadership providing appropriate intervention, support and clinical expertise to deliver a safe clinical pathway that promotes high quality care through role modelling, expert clinical skills, promoting best practice, facilitating interdisciplinary collaboration and providing education.
