Job Responsibilities
1. Responsibility for a portion of a large sales ledger, in both value & volume
2. Ability to work mainly independently & manage their time effectively
3. Monitor overdue payments by use of the systems / excel spreadsheet
4. Proactively chase current and outstanding debt
5. A confident, professional manner & approach when communicating with Customers & our own Management
6. Liaising with other parts of the extended business to resolve queries in a timely fashion with a view to minimising bad debt
7. Preparing statements and reports on high-risk situations and notify Management & Board Members as appropriate
8. Closely working with the rest of the finance team who will be allocating the cash on our ledgers and raising the invoices
9. General administration tasks required for credit control function
